Kale Chips
1 bunch of kale (the regular curly kind), washed, thoroughly dried, choppedOlive oil
Sea salt
- Preheat oven to 300°. Make sure that the kale is thoroughly dry and toss it with enough olive oil to lightly coat the leaves.
- Roast for about 17 minutes, or until kale is lightly browned and crispy.
- Add sea salt to taste and enjoy!
