- Apple slices with peanut or almond butter

- Hummus and mixed raw veggies

- 1 serving rice cakes
- Yogurt (low sugar or non-dairy)
- Mixed raw veggies with light dressing for dipping
- 1/4 - 1/3 cup nuts
- Air-popped popcorn
- Clif or other healthy snack bar
- Edamame (soy beans)
- Green smoothie (blend ½ banana, ½ orange, 1 cup fresh spinach, and 1 serving protein powder with ½ cup water and 1 cup ice)
